Case filed against me

Called number back people so rude I will not give my SSN when they won't tell me who they are

just got a call from florida number 352-353-7939 and was told a case is being filed against me and to call 844-647-3644.

Got a call from one number letting me know there was a pending legal action against me and I had a legal right to contact the company filling the complaint. I was given 844-647-3644. I called and the guy asked for my case number, I told him I didn't have it and he told me to get it and call back. I asked him why he couldn't look it up by my name and he sighed and said its just a lot more difficult, but fine. So he looked it up and said I defaulted on a payday loan. I then asked if he could send me something to verify the debt and he told me they were not collecting on a debt, but rather just informing me that I am getting sued. I then asked him if he could send me something from his company detailing this information. He told me that I was getting documents and that was the whole point of the two calls. WTF? Still don't know who they are, amount of debt, or anything.

So that old money and I was being sued they told me the name of the company which I've never dealt with before in my life and then when I asked him to send me some information about the company he said is not their responsibility to and they were coming out to my house to serve me papers. And I asked him what type of company was this he said that I default on a loan and tell me the company's name I've never heard of these people before in my life but I can honestly say when I looked it up a lot of people have been getting the same number as a scam he said that I could pay he told me I owed six hundred and something dollars but if I pay 325 we'll call it even and went to telling me that I can do it through Money Market at Walmart and pay you this is a scam
