I've received three calls/left vmails from a Douglas Clarke requesting to speak to my husband. I told him this is not my husbands number and he said that he had referenced my number. I told him why wouldn't you call him instead of me if you're looking for him? He said again it was because he referenced my number. My husband would never do that. He said there was a claim against him with his name and SS#. I asked him what can I help you with since you called my number to speak about this issue and he said he couldn't provide that information. I said well if you can't provide that information then you shouldn't call my phone. I passed the information to my husband. I have read that many of you say its a collection company but my husband and I have no debts that need to be collected.  My husband is going to call Douglas Clarke and see what "Claim has been filed against him". I am also going to contact the BBB to find out if this is a legit company and why they are calling us.

4/14/17 Called my mom saying they were a franklin county prosecutor and that he was looking for me to serve me papers for a payday loan and they were going to put a Lien on my Drivers License. Not dening I have a loan but i know its not 1300 dollars its for like 330 and besides that I called franklin county sheriff's department and its a known fake scam. They told me They WILL NOT call trying to find you they will just show up to serve you papers and you can look it up at your local court house online records search. So I looked it up NOTHING. So I called Mr Paul Harris at 1-844-800-7139 ext.109 and gave my "case number" that he gave my mom (which is illegal as well) left a message for them to call me back. Waiting for the call back. But it is 100% illegal for them to threaten you even if you have payday loan out and you can sue for damages. So when they call back if they do I'll give an update

This is a scam!  Called and told me I owed for a payday loan for 1060,but could settle if I gave them 3 payments adding up to 650.00. Gave them a prepaid card number and cancelled it after realizing it didn't sound right!  Address doesn't exist!  Tax number isn't real!  They don't even have a website!

Said that he was going to get the local authorities after me . I am not sure whether to believe it.

I have had 3 calls stating there are fradulant activities with my ss #,they had my old address. Stated if i do not contact them legal action will be taken against me.. Total scam..
