Call from Mark Fox claiming to have been trying to serve notice on me for nonpayment of loan. Told him I was totally unaware of this incident.
Gave me 844 647-7509 # to call for more info. BOR (collection agency?) related that I used a Cashnet loan 10/7/13 with a Citibank chkg acct to secure it. When they tried to receive payment,it was closed. They knew my DOB, last 4 digits of social, full name and a former address. Had an incorrect employer. Wanted me to settle. I refused. Very spooky.  I called citibank who had no record of my having an acct. Spent considerable time trying to unravel this.  Finally realized it was a scam. Don't give them any additional info. Signed up to get regular credit reports. 1st one free.

Yes, I also have been getting calls at work from this number and very rude people trying to intimate you saying that they are going to come to my job to serve me with papers and demanding that I contact them to resolve a matter pending. And when I ask what is this in regards to they get upset and say that I have ressolve this matter. And to top it off that when someone comes to my place of employment that I have to make sure that I attend to them, Well guess what I called this company back and told them that if they continue to harrass me and putting my business out there I am the one going to file a complaint against this so called company. So they is anyone gets calls from this company tell them to stop harrassing you and that you are filing a complaint on their rude ass.

I received a call at my place of employment - The call was taken by my human resource person,
she was told  someone had filed a complaint on me, and how did she feel about them serving me at work. That was all they told her.  She was fluster, and told them, well we never had anyone due that before, They told here to avoid this from happening, I need to call this 844 647-7509 number.
I called the number to get more information on the company who file the complaint, they came
they did have a phone number, and give me some bogus company I can't find any where on the
internet.  I told them to serve me with what ever documents, and I will take it from there.  In the
meantime, I am filing a fraud report with my local police dept, and have alerted my Attorney of this
issue.  This clearly appears to be a scam...some collection company have dug up old information and purchase it, in hope some people have forgotten what happen years ago.  In my case, back in 2010 (really).  Boy ! They sure chose the wrong person, I keep records forever, they haven't got a chance.

Very rude man!! Don't know half of the information calling around trying to seek information, to serve papers on job or house. Anyone who would have apply for a loan would have information! Don't let these people intimidate you! Where is the laws that protect us from all these no good lowlife ruthless scamming people. 844-647-7509 DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION,  HANG UP! DON'T ENTERTAIN THEM!

I also received a call from mark Fox; had a claim against me and that I needed to verify my information with the company who has filled a complaint against me. Ok first of all; who contacts you before you are to be served; the number that he gave me is 1-877-754-0846.
