I don't have an account with AT&T Direct TV.  I'm going to assume this some kind of scam.

Got the same exact message as above from incoming number 844-299-8607. Definite scammer reported to FTC and blocked.

844 639 1385 Claiming to be an AT&T rep, offering a discounted rate. They have left 3 voice mails. Beware I am sure this is a scam.

This person called saying they're from a port collection and my dad is about to miss a court date

They called me asking to settle a debt saying I opened a credit card  , telling me that if I didn't pay i would have to go to court and refused to give me any information,

Woman with heavy accent left message, nearly impossible to understand her. Read of a claim number, gave this number to call. I tried calling the number with a Google Voice number to get more details as I was reporting this to the FTC. Only got a voice message that didn't explain anything more or confirm the name they are claiming to be associated with.

Called my cell phone and left message on daughter's cell phone from the "Processing and Dispatch Center United Service Process"  Claims to be regarding a 'serious matter' and 'communication is required within 24 hours with the legal department.'  'Failure to respond may result in legal action'
Definitely a SCAM CALL!

"Company" called from 201-221-4115 called and left a message for my father on my cellphone about some "processing and dispatch center" claiming there's legal documents he needs to sign today, and also mentions a lien on the house that doesn't exist. They gave a file number and warned that "failure to respond will lead to legal action". They didn't say the name of the company but claimed to be from the county. Definitely a scam, not calling the 844-649-1385 number back.

I got a call from 844-649-1385 about my ex husband. It was a legal call they were looking for him. They said it was his last warning with a case number 2 5 0 0 6 4 5 4. A guy left that info then a Spanish woman got on the line and she left the phone number 844-658-2221

They called my work I was off so HR called to let me know that they called. Called them and didn’t give me any information. They were sending me a summons. They had a lot of my personal information.

I also got a call from that number with the same bs..if the debt is over a certain number of years, they cannot file a lawsuit. Fraudsters for sure

calling as a "legal disbatcher" with no information available just my address and last name of ex husband and we havent been married for more than 15 years.  Told me that they could hold off bringing documents to my house ( listed my address) for 10 minutes or it would go to court if I did not call the number provided. It was very suspicious.

Just got this same call today!

Called saying I’m about to miss a court date and had my address n name. If you are due to court you will get served by sheriff irl so don’t fall for this trick

Barry what was your outcome with this?  I just got the same message on my vm.   I've been on the website for my local court. Nothing like they are saying.   I just believe this is a scam.  They are trying to get my money.
