It is 2022 I haven't been an apple since at least 2007 I haven't gotten a car since 1999 it was wrecked full coverage insurance they settled out with the insurance company they did try to sue me but it was taken off my credit because they had already been paid for the car now or calling me telling me I'm going to get papers served to an address I have lived at since I was 19 and I am now 42 about some come right I'm supposedly I've never dealt with them about a car that I supposedly bought Now isn't that pretty much passed the statue of limits and when I called him I told him I was calling to find out what the hell was going on because I had it been that name in 15 years to an address that I haven't lived at in 21 years is this a scam or are they just insane on top of that he said let's see what the hell is going on what the hell you did and how I screwed up in the past and it's back to haunt me and when I tried to explain to him that I had never gotten a car through DriveTime he stated and told me to shut up lie to the Judge and hung up on me

Scam. Said I had a arrest warrant cause I didn't show up in court. Stupid

Said I had a civil summons. Would not tell me anything else.  I don't have any secured debt that I owe. So I know they are trying to scam. I never give out my social security number via phone.

Caller was a "real" person.  Told me there was a court case for me in my local county.  Had failed to appear.  Gave me case number (which was not real, but close to a real number).  BUT stressed the need for me to call PLAINTIFF's phone number at 1-844-649-1480 ASAP!!!   Wanted me to state for the record that I had the number written down correctly.    I hung up.   Then call local county court to determine if true.    NO --- all false info.  This is a scam.
