No company name given or showed up on caller ID.  Other web search is suggesting scam.  A recorded message left....

How if a complaint of harassment put against me since I am the one receiving the scam call?  You are very confused.

I had the exact same message and they had someone else’s first name but my middle initial and last name. I refuse to acknowledge it. At times it comes up as unknown.

Robocall. Called a place of business with one person's first name (who isn't employed here) and a previous employee's last name. Text of the call was as shown above.

Received the exact same call as above.  So sick of these people!

Have received numerous calls from this number looking for an "Elene Griffith" in regard to the same crap as listed above by several other people.  "Holly Evans - have attempted to contact you - one last attempt, etc."  I don't answer and don't try to contact them to tell them they have the wrong number, since it's obviously a scam. I have had the same number for over 20 years and I have never heard of "Elene Griffith", yet I have been receiving scam/phishing texts for her for over 5 years (when I block the number they come back with another one) and now this.

I received the same message. Actually called today and told them it’s the wrong number. A couple of hours later I get another call then when I ignored it I got a text asking me to call that number.

Have received same call multiple times in last few days. Never heard of person call was concerning. Do they call everyone that has the same last name as the person they are targeting?

I'm so tired of them calling and now they are calling friends and family out of state, cell numbers and home numbers!
I finally thought I would call it back and they lady made sure she told me that she didn't know who I thought I was and did I think I could just get through life for free? I told her to go ahead and serve me the papers and also to email me ( a seprate email I made for such calls as this)  and she finally got so angry with me that she hung up!  I know it won't stop them from calling back and they know the number you are calling from if you don't block your number and once they pull it up, they know exactly who they are talking too.  They are calling at least 10 times a week and all I can do is keep blocking the number until they call from another one.  It's so maddening and mortifying when your friends and family call to see if everything is ok.  How do we make it stop??

It has been going on for 2 years, just different name now.  It's totally out of hand and i'm getting over 10 calls a week.  Now that they are calling friends, neighbors and family from out of State, I am having to post to social media that it's a scam and please don't take the calls.  What in the world can I do?

They call everyone advising of a debt that is owe which I have no idea about but when you inquire they act really mean and rude.  There should be a law which should ban this type of behavior and calls

It's a SCAM!
A foreign (from the sound of the boiler room voices in the background) company has gotten in on the multi BILLION dollar business of Collection SCUMBAGS.
Don't pay these SCAM artists turn them in. Document all of their calls,  everything they say and file a complaint with the FDCPA.  Then get a consumer protection attorney and sue them!
Anything that hurts their bottom line is a win.

It's illegal for them to call neighbors and relatives.

Same message that everyone else is getting. I get a detailed credit report every month and I have no odd or new accounts popped up so I have no clue why I'm getting this other than that I'm it's a scam

Number appears as toll free number. Same message was left several times about an audit but no company name given . Message was also ledt on relative's phone.  Very suspicious. SCAM all the way!
