P&R Litigation calling on old, out-of-statute credit card. They claim to be in Alexandria, VA. They are using a new number 844-649-8759 to make an outgoing automated call from "Holly" (I think) who reads off a number and says there will be some kind of meeting called in my local area for me to attend, yada, yada. It's a little different from the usual garbage so that the consumer doesn't quite know what's going on.

Everyone should know that when a debt gets to the point that people like this are calling on it, there is no legitimate collector or law firm that will touch it, so feel free to laugh at them.

Holly Evans calling about an “audit”. The same message was left on my sisters voicemail 2 days ago, saying my name. The number from 2 days ago was 844-649-4630. I called it back and blocked my phone number. The woman told me the company was called “PNR”, after asking several times. When I asked what kind of companies they allegedly represent, woman would not specify. She kept asking my name and when I refused to give it to her, she started yelling. I hung up and called back; different woman answered. I asked who Holly Evans was and she said she is the process server. Process servers would not call and let you know they’re coming. It’s some kind of scam but when you ask questions, they become hostile and uncooperative.

Some African American gentleman called, didn't obviously wait for or understand what a voicemail is bc he had started talking long before so all I got to hear was they are a debt collector and that I will be receiving important and time sensitive legal documents but before I can rcv them he must first verify my address to ensure I get them. In other words he NEEDS my address to complete whatever scam they are pulling. I have no debts and I am not in the hole with any one business,  credit card etc. Not to mention he was EXTREMELY rude, abrasive and spoke as if the intended party of his msg was beneath him.

Holly Evans calling other family members everyday many times a day, when try to talk to them they hang up, it’s to a point of harassment, per authorities I’m told it’s a scam but blocking number does not help.

Called twice within 3 1/2 hours. Looking for . . .(unintelligible).  Same comments as above. You can only hang up and block the number (oh well!!!)

I been getting  this same call all day long .omg stop ...

Have received numerous calls and voice mails from people claiming are trying to contact a David E__ concerning a legal issue and that I would be liable for something. I was suspicious and hesitant about responding, but then I (curiously) called to have my number removed from their list, there was no answer. Now i need to find a way to get rid of them!

Received a text about a part time job. Supposedly got my resume from Indeed. Asked for email response. Never had a job offer via 844 or any 800 number for that matter.
