I just received an automated call from this number stating it was state and federal regulations and wanted me to call back with my reference number but it hung up instead of giving me a reference number.

I received a call from this number to call back with case # but no case # was left when I call the man that answered said felony charges for penal code 120-129-d being filed needed to verify my last 4 of Social and when I wouldn't he threatened me with felony charges and I hug up. Then he text me from915-440-4716 with that processor has been trying to serve me at my verified address of residence and verified employer, but that is not true I work from home and I am here all the time and no one has came to my home. I don't owe anyone money and I am tired of the threats.

I just got a call form some guy saying they need to serve me some papers within 48 hrs.  I told him what was it for and he just ignored me.  I have a case number but this is ridiculous.  I have written a check in 15 yrs.

This number keeps calling, I'm sure it's from the same scam "Bryant & Associates" that try to tell me I owe them $600 for a debt from over 3 years ago? I asked for them to email me verification of this supposed "debt" and instead they email me a copy of an agreement to reduce the $600 down to $200. Yea ok, SCAM. I've now reported them and blocked their number. This is insane. They call me 3 times back to back @ 9pm!!!

Got 2 calls from these people, from PRIVATE numbers. They leave the callback 844-653-1024 number that does not exist and claim to be from Montgomery County Legal Services Division......which also does not exist. SO after they want to verify my husband's address and social, and did not get a call back from my husband, they called again today because "He needs to give 48 hours notice that he is coming to serve a civil suit". Rambled off my address and wanted his social which I laughed at and said good luck, no one gets that. Told them I was home all day, bring it, and that the call the day before would have been that notice so why call again? Because no one called them back! LOL. They want to serve him with a civil suit and gave a so called case number. Wanted me to confirm the address, but I just repeated "I am home all day, bring it on". Now I went ahead and got on the phone with the Montgomery County Constable. Personally. He says good luck, this sounds like such BS, but should this idiot show up, he has at least 4 officers that will be working my area waiting for my call because they wanna meet this guy. NO ONE has to give 48 hours notice to serve a suit, it is so insane to let someone know they are coming! So, I will be waiting. In my Texas home. With officers waiting. Among other things......for Brian Flynn. Who has NO CLUE what my name is, yet I am married to the guy they are serving. So yeah. See ya tomorrow Mister Flynn!

KEEPS CALLING FOR A PERSON THAT I DO NOT AND HAVE NEVER KNOWN. PROMISED TO STOP CALLING BUT HAS NOT.
