A caller called, identify self as an officer of the law. Informed me that my son was about to be arrested. A gentlemen, Michael Dunn, informed me that he was an officer of the law and that I should pay the amount of money owed by my son so that he would not be arrested.

Called everyone in my family plan including my young son in school, When I called back and said I will deliver the message but you better stop calling my children in school he said he would not and that he was going to keep calling until this was resolved. Said they were with the state of texas and that he was calling CPS to have my children removed from my home. I then spoke to a "police officer" named "LT Williams" who said she could have me arrested for insulting a police officer. Said my older son was getting 3 felony arrest warrants today and was going to do 3 -5 years in prison for a bad check. and I was a poor parent for refusing to pay the money ($1031.00) today. Then I find them on this website.Total liars. BEWARE and send them NOTHING

Keeps calling and leaving me voicemails telling me there are charges pending against me, he is not a bill collector that he is standing by waiting for my call.  He can keep waiting,
I am a law abiding citizen and he identified himself as a Bill Williams.

I received more than 5 calls at work today from this so called "Michael Dunn" and a "Jade Houston" with threats of arrest! He stated  that he was with the State of Tx Financial Crimes, working with our governor of Texas and a current warrant roundup for fraudulent checks! He continuously name dropped our Governor, which is just sad. Mr.Dunn was so rude and refused to give me his call back phone number. I was finally able to get a number from him, but he needed to know what phone number I would be calling him back from! I found that weird and asked why that was necessary, and all he could answer with was because he wanted to be able to see when I was calling back on his phone. At this point I hung up on him, but his calls continued and he also had Ms.Houston call me numerous times. I spoke to her once and as she tried convincing me to give her my bank info, Mr Dunn could be heard yelling in the background stating "stop trying to work with her, just submit the warrant!" I asked her to stop harassing me and he got on the phone and stated "it's not illegal so we will continue to call you" and simply hung up!
I just can't believe how far these scammers go!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

I received the same call. They were quite rude. After I informed them that I knew they are frauds. Some chick threatened that I would be arrested for aiding and a bedding.   I hope the law catches up with them soon. Still wondering how they obtained the info they had. I.e. my number and my daughter's name. Jerks!!

If your brother really got locked up, please tell us every detail of warrant numbers, charges, times, places, and of course his name so that we can check out your story since the information is public information.

After a ton of calls and then friends and family getting calls I decided to contact the police. Was told this company is buying charged off credit cards from years ago and harassing people for the money along with interest. I'm not sure if they are real names, real officer but was told they have been harassing a lot of people in my town. I filed a report with the police and if any thing further happens the officer said we will take the next step.
