I did not get a call from this number exactly...However, I got a call from a unknown who called me 4 times and left harassing messages tell me to call this number with a file number to find out what action had been taken against my Photofraphy company and a complaint filed by Lincoln Capital Corp (which is a legit financial advising company on the opposite side of the U.S. From me! He claimed his name was Paul Evans. He also called my mother and father with the exact same harassing message, but stating that I had listed their numbers as my primary contact number. I am furious!

Received a voicemail from unknown asking a relative to call this number to find out details about a complaint filed against him, indicating a file number.  I have not spoken to this relative in ages, and it's highly unlikely he would have given my number as his, so it seems to me this is a scam.

I dialed the number and a recorded message for "PMG" asked to leave a call back number and indicate the file number the call was about.
