I just got a message warning me of spyware on my iPhone. Highly suspect could be fraudulent!!!!

Same thing just happened to me and now I can't use the Internet on it

Go to your settings  and under the internet setting clear out your data and your cookies that will fix it

I also got the same message on my iPad.

I got the same message, and I call Apple support tech. And the tech confirmed that it is a fraudulent technique. So because I inititially got caught into this: I call the number provided on my IPAD's screen and once I connected with them, I was asked for my e-mail address. And I naively gave it out. And then my safari app was frozen could not access anything. The receiver told me that she could fix right away, at the low cost of 79.95. I got scared and said I would call back. I then called Apple support tech whom provided me with good advice and direction on how to fix the problem. Should you receive something simular to that, just ignore them. And better call the support tech for your device. Hope this help.

I did the same thing, I naively gave them my email, do you think or did Apple support tech said to change the email

I have I phone 6 plus when I try to working on safari internet then it block my web, it say you need to call this phone number to remove virus it cost $99 dollars
Then I hang up my phone , then I call apple tech support I told every thing they told me
Apple tech supports they say this is hacker , don't give any information about your self

Just got the same message on my iphone. Called the number but it hung up. Im using safari and google but dint seem to be infected. Never spoke to anyone. Will mention it on FB for others.

I recieved this message as well i was first told that my ios license was corrupted and i would need to pay 59.99 to renew it and it wouls take fifthteen minutes i then called back and they told me it was 79.99 and i knew it was a scam but i had already gave my apple id to them now what do i do

Got popup on ipad-- you are infected, all the different things that could be compromised credit card etc., call this number immediately to have it removed, something to that effect.  The number given call was 844-654-5186. I'm ashamed to say I've called and gave my Apple ID. When I was told I would be charged 69.99
for the fix is when i woke up. The related web address was iosalertalarms.com. I cleared the cache on safari and wondering if giving out my email/Apple ID compromised me in any way.

Same thing happened to me and this fixed it - but do you think there will still be an issue with passwords / bank details?

Same thing happened to me. I called support tech for my device and they assured me that it was a scam. They just kept asking questions that the techs for my device would know.

This happened to me also. Its a scam!!! Go to your settings and clear your history and cookies. It will get rid of the page that won't leave your screen.

I got this message on my iphone 5c. I called the # on the pop-up that wouldn't go away, but I was kind of hesitant. Once I figured out the person I was talking to wanted me to give him some sort of identification number, I told him I didn't want to. He started to get frustrated that I wouldn't. I said I was just going to bring it in to Apple to have them fix it, he told me Apple would charge me a lot of money and keep my phone for 3-4 days. My immediate response was "No they won't." He argued with me a little and then I said,  I cleared the cookies and cache and the message is gone and said good bye then hung up before he could say anything.

I gave them my name before realizing it was a scam and hanging up. Should I be concerned at all that I gave that to them.

I would love to find out who these guys are and turn them into the FBI. They should be in jail insteadof preying on innocent people like us

I got the message on my IPhone 6. I called the number. The person who answered my call had an indian or pakistaní accent. I asked him what I should do to fix my phone and pointed out to him that he had an indian or pakistaní accent and requested to tell me whether his was a US company. He hung the phone on me. The number instructed to call on the message was 844-654-5186
