    Claim they are from electric company and will shut you off for non-payment. They are a fraud from India

    Manager of a Lakewood Bar and Grille
    Claim they were from the Illuminating Company and that we had not paid our bill.  They were contacting us because they alleged that we had not paid our bill and after sending us two statements we now had 45 minutes before their crew would be by to disconnect our services.  We were told that if we went to the local Giant Eagle or CVS that we could pay our outstanding balance by purchasing a "Loadit" card.  At which point it all seemed like a scam.
