- RUBY MCELROYI called the number on the card stating I was awarded a $100.00 towards a gas purchase from Exxon,Mobile,Shell& Sunaco, after calling the number and giving them the claim number I was informed that I was going to receive a card from the company of my choice,visa or master card and receive the gas card then I was going to receive a grocery card good for $250.00 at my choice of grocery stores and to top that off I was going to receive two[2] airplane tickets two way to go anywhere that I wanted to go to,Europe, Hawaii, Ireland, where ever.I was also going to select which magazines that I wanted to receive from 4 different magazines,and I only had to pay a shipping and handling charge of $3.95 and I would be receiving these within 7 working days to 3 weeks,I then told him that I did not need anymore magazines as between all my grandchildren I received all of theirs after they looked at them and he suggested that I could be a kind person and donate the magazines to a nearby hospital or library,I told him I was not interested in receiving magazines that I did not want and he hung up. I recalled the same number and as the next man answered he was very nice as I explained that the man had told me I was to receive this and then he hung up on me so this man was very nice and gave me the customer service number so that I could call and inform them about what had happened,I had received this same offer last year and I paid the service shipping and handling charges but have not yet to this day received the $100,00 gift card the $250.00 in grocery purchases card or the airplane tickets or a reason for not receiving any of the items,I had not been given any number that I could call to find out why I had not received anything before but today I received the number that I received for customer service to help any of you if you need to call them are first 1-855-291-4144 then if you do not get a resolution call 1-800-919-4810. I did go ahead and called the 1-800-919-4810 number and a man by the name of FRANKIE answered and after I explained it to him he sent me to another operator by the name of STACIE that gave me more information and explained that the tickets are only awarded if you get the magazine offers and then she informed me about the items that I could then receive which was a gas gift card good for $100.00 at several gas stations and that I was to receive a gift card discount for groceries,50 percent off of name brand items and 10 percent off of normal everyday items from stores like milk,eggs,bath tissue,soap,items like that plus I was offered a prescription discount card which i did decline. STACIE told me that I would be charged a one time amount of $3.90 a $1.95.fee for a 14 day trial period with a company called SAVINGS ONLINE and a $1.95 fee for a 14 day trial period with another company called HOLIDAYS ONLINE.I did accept this offer for a trial period to see if it is something that I do want to try and if I want to keep using the discounts that I am offered I will then be billed a monthly charge of $17,00 for the being a member with SAVINGS ONLINE and a monthly fee of $17.00 to be a member with HOLIDAY SAVINGS ONLINE.If I do not call the customer service number 1-800-940-4021 and give them my 6 digit customer order number within the allotted 14 day period to cancel the services I will automatically be charged the 2 monthly amounts equaling $34.00 on my card.I found this entire transaction to take a bit of time but they made sure that it was all explained and understood before they requested my card number.I find this is a company that is there to sell MAGAZINES ,promote a PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNT CARD and to try and get you to join SAVINGS ONLINE and HOLIDAYS ONLINE ,I am going to try it first and if it saves me any money I will continue with it but if I find that it does not equal saving me the amount that it cost me per month to use it then I will cancel it within these first 14 day period.I hope that I helped you to make your decision and that it gave you the information you were needing,bye

- RUBY MCELROYI have not had a good time dealing with this company,I was charged two charges of $1;54 and then two charges of $00.03 each equaling a total of $3;14. It was not the amount that I had earlier been told equaling $3;90 but $00.76 less than told.I saw on my bill that the two charges for $00;03 each were listed as FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES so I contacted them again and a man looked it over and he told me that the operator had mistakenly pushed the wrong button,that there were two next to each other one for Canada and the other for THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA so he cancelled the account numbers that had been assigned to me and I told him that if he did not re-deposit my charges before trying to deduct them again that they would not go through as I did not have but right at that amount in my account,I asked him for a new set of ID numbers but he told me he could not assign me the numbers as they had to come from the BILLING DEPARTMENT. I received on the 13th of March a email welcoming me as a new member and it sent me a site that told how their program worked, after reading it I decided that it was not something that would help me at all,I had already put off going to the store to get our monthly supplies because I had been waiting for the two cards to be released from the distribution center but as of the 30th of March they had not ever arrived.I had started sending emails everyday to the companies requesting that they send me a acknowledgement,both Savingsstoreonline and Holidaysavingsstoreonline showing that they received my cancellation of their services within the 14 day period.. I had sent around 7 emails to them I still had not received a email back to confirm I had cancelled the membership so I looked the number up that I had originally been sent and called it,1-844-690-6925,when the man answered he asked for my claim number which I gave him then I started to tell him that I had not yet received the cards for the gas or groceries that the postcard states they had holding for me in their distribution center and were waiting for my call to send them to me.He said he was with a magazine clearinghouse and had nothing to do with any offer that I had received.he then said that I had declined their offer of monthly magazines and since I did not take it out that I was not going to be receiving anything,I had not read anything like that on the postcard they sent me or heard anything like that when I had first contacted them.I do not understand how it is that they sent me a card with their telephone number on it and issued me a claim number to be identified with by their company but it had nothing to do with them??? I stated that it was my opinion that he was a few %^*#%$!(&%$# objects then hung up.I HAVE TO RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE EVER TRY TO JOIN WITH THIS COMPANY OR ACCEPT ANY OFFERS AS THEY HAVE NOT YET BEEN HONEST ABOUT ANYTHING WITH ME,I will continue trying to contact them daily until they send me some type of answer,I contacted my card company to explain the problem and they listed my card as being compromised and have now issued me a new card so they would not be able to bill me for something that I had cancelled.I think that these postcards announcing that people have won one thing or another need to be thrown in the trash can.It was not the first time that I had received postcards informing me that I was a winner of something or that I was expected to pay the charges for shipping and handling but I have only received one that was honest and that one came from HOLSTEAD JEWELRERS,so to everyone that receives a yellow postcard with the same number and information on it I suggest that you do yourself a favor and just throw it away so you do not have to go through all of this.I think that the magazine companies do a disservice to their own company when they hire people that act like these do to what might be future customers.I most certainly will not ever be a customer to any company that allows their sales people to treat people this way.I hope my experience has helped you in someway not to make the same mistake that I did,bye,
