This person been calling from all different number harassing my family and friends.  I need them reported for harassment.  No one knows what this company is because they have tons of numbers and nothing match up.

They have been calling me and my family saying they are from central management regarding a document. I am not expecting any documents.

Caller name Andrew won't announce name of company calling huge red flag just hang up on them legitimate companies don't do this [***] EM !!!

SCAMMERS WITH ROTATING NUMBERS AND EMPTY THREATS

Avoid these bottom-feeders at all costs. They called me from a local number and told me to Central Financial Management at 844-699-144, but change their number like roaches scattering under light- Other #'s I found associated to Central Financial Management- 877-519-0982,877-662-0695, 888-592-6579, & 888-485-9312. (call them- Some are still active and some aren't) They claimed I had an old loan and that a so-called “client” named ASSured Financial Partners was suing me and a locator was out on the field to "locate me" to serve sealed documents- Total lie — They said they made the attempt- another lie, due to me having a camera system set up all around my house and the alleged debt is past the statute of limitations. They threatened wage garnishment and property liens anyway. Illegal scare tactics from amateurs who clearly don’t even know debt collection laws

I called Assured directly — no answer. Sounds like either they’re fake or in on the scam. These losers inflate balances, falsify dates ( I called Original Creditor to verify), and rely on fear to get desperate people to pay up. I dare them to take me to court — they know they wouldn’t win. What a joke.

If they contact you, don’t give them a dime. Demand proof and call Assured Financial Partners.

Barely understood the voicemail but was able to get the phone number. Called and asked why I was getting a call from the number. They asked if I knew a certain person, I said no. They verified my number and said they would remove it. Was very rude just because I didn't know the person they asked for?

This number keeps calling.  They won’t stop they called at least 7 times in the last hour.  How can I stop them!

I have retained an Atty and we looking into this bogus claim because the amounts and dates do not add up.

Caller with no company name, calls me out of the blue saying urgent paperwork has been ignored by me and I need to call THIS number back immediately.  Red flag!!  I might if the caller spoke clearly, gave an actual name and gave the Company name.  Has SPAM written all over on this one.  Calls every other week and each time with a new phone contact.😡

I got a call last week form 844-699-1452. Monday 7/22/25 & Today 7/23/25 received the same call but now to call a different #. Seems like, when the number gets a lot of bad reviews they get a new one. File a complaint with the FTC and report them! I'm so tired of telling them to stop calling me.

This company is a total scam operation. They falsely claimed to represent Assured Financial Partners (AFP) and harassed me multiple times. First call was on 7/18/25, telling me to call this 844-699-1452. Then they hit me again on 7/21/25 and 7/22/25, switching to 877-519-1019 — same garbage, just a different callback number.

They clearly cycle through burner phone numbers to avoid being flagged. Here's a list of known scam numbers tied to them:

They claimed I owed a debt that was already paid, and I even provided proof of payment via Email — but they kept calling my friends, family, and even my employer. This is a clear violation of the FDCPA, and it’s disturbing this kind of harassment is still happening.

To make it worse, when I finally spoke to someone, a woman named Michelle and another rude male rep both hung up on me. No apology, no resolution — just straight-up disrespectful, shady, and unprofessional behavior.

How is this even legal? Report them immediately to the FTC, CFPB, and state attorney general. Companies like this need to be shut down and held accountable.
