Have gotten 4 calls in 2 days from number 281-201-0945, she's left 2 messages saying to call 844-704-6427, I have some kind of litigation against me and talking about don't use my personal information that it's been "red flagged"?  How can someone red flag my personal information?  I didn't bother to call back.

Received the call from this number about a litigation that was linked to my social also. I will never call this people back.

Received the same voicemail. Called them back. Said I took a payday loan out in 2011. Saying I owe 5 grand. Wanted me to pay some today and set up a payment plan. If not serving me with papers at my work to garnish my wages and taking me to court. I was 16 in 2011 no job car or anything. Did not take a loan out then. Scam don't give them any money

Just another overseas scam.   Claim to be the "Mediation Division".  Of what, he wouldn't tell me.  Strong accent.  Couldn't  quite place it, sounds maybe Indian.  In any event, ignore and block this number.   Total scam.

They call your family too. My sister in law got a recorded call on her voice mail.

Said they were from Gordon and Slav.

Same number called my husband but were looking for his brother. Sounded like a Jamaican woman. Said something about a client wanting to rectify something, talked about litigation, wage verification & serving papers. Said Gordon & Slav Restitution office. The "real" number they were calling from was in Del Rey, CA. A tiny one horse town in the middle of nowhere.

Same as others.  Female calling for R. Oliver, case #321656 over pending litigation and to not use any of his personal information.  No one at our house by that name.  Sounded like a scam, so I did not call them back.

Received a voice mail from 916-312-2805. Female voice identifying herself as Marsha Watson from Gordon & Sabre?? Restitution Office-Legal Department. Stated a legal matter had been linked to my name and social security number. However at this I was forfeiting my right to handle this voluntarily.  If I want to make a formal statement to contact her office immediately at 844-704-6427 and reference a case number. She covered all the bases by calling not only my cellphone but my work phone, my husband's cellphone and my son's cellphone (whose name and number has never been used on any document that would be tied to mine in a legal manner).

They called a relative of mine and left a message that my name and SS# were tied to a legal action.  I called them back and they said it was in regards to a payday loan that was supposedly taken out 5 or 6 years ago, but I defaulted.  Said that if I go to court, I can owe as much as $5,000, but they can make payment arrangements for around $800.00.  I said to send me proof in writing that I took out this loan - and defaulted.  Will not give me anything in writing, but keeps threatening legal action if I dispute.  They are very convincing, but there is absolutely NO WAY am I giving out my personal or financial information to someone over the phone without some sort of paper trail and proof.
I'm convinced it's a scam.

Same thing call my cell my wife cell and my office looking for my son stating they wanted to settle a loan he took out for their client told them he was not at these number she called me a lair that I was the person I owed the money I had to pay right now they also using 979-212-8825 Giddings Texas

I received the EXACT same vm.  Based upon the above information I refuse to call them back and will block any further calls from their office.

They called and left a voicemail on my phone from a number in Desert Center, CA. She had a heavy accent so I had to listen to the message multiple times to even understand the full thing. They are looking for an Andre **** my last name but I don't know any Andre's. Unless it's Andrea in which case that's my dad's first wife who goes by a different last name now (creepy). Automatically knew it was a scam. Told me to call them back at this 844 number and reference the case number. Don't fall for these scams! They're professionals at tricking people into thinking it's a legit thing.

I am being harassed by this number! Liz Michaels states everything that you guys are saying. She is also harassing my husband and my parents! Using a local number to call from but this 844 704 6427 is call back number.

They claim that I took out a payday loan as well, threatened to take me to court for a company or client that they represent name Horizon something or other......asked to speak to supervisor, same person I had previously spoken to.....total scam and I told them, "Lets go to court"," bring a snack".

They just called looking for my wife and for me to pay ,but something was off. They ask me to provide Wife ss and I'm like you should have that info. They had wrong ss but I didn't tell them it was wrong & just went along with it till she hang up. Ha

I have been messing with these people for two hours, they claim to be Gordon and swaby restitution office.....Gordon swaby is a Jamaican entrepreneur these people really didn't try to hard, they didn't know that those would be the names of their partners, they stated they were in Florida but a California area code. One man proceeded to tel me how dumb Americans are and that I am one of them for taking up his time...go figure. These people are scum and with a few right questions you can easily see they are a scam located in Jamaica, if their accents weren't enough of a give away. I encourage all of you who recieve a call to call them back and ask to smoke a spliff with gordon swaby

They just called my husband and told him he owed $1200 from a payday loan in 2013. Didn't have any information, paperwork, signature, nothing. Said they know where he works, his SS#, Bank account #, phone #. Only thing they had was his ex's email address. I told them to F off and they were trying to scam him. I told them I googled them and found nothing, he said he pulled it up and when I asked for the exact site they got defensive and hung up. They called from 855-367-6403 There is no Gordon and Swaby restitution office. Do Not Give Them Any Info
