BS company that harasses all family members. They claim to use ethical ways to retain a past due debt but that is utter Bologna!! Just put them on the block list and be thankful for modern technology.

I received two calls a few hours apart. The caller ID said one was (409) 359-1338 and the other (203) 344-7747. Both left voicemails of what sounded like a recorded message of a woman's voice stating I needed to call back (844) 704-8332 regarding complaints being filed against me. I have an excellent credit score and do not have any unpaid debts. This is a scam!

Same message. Called using a local number. There are complaints filed against you in our office. She called the other day from a different number. I called the Missouri State Attorney General's office. I was told not to answer calls from numbers I don't know. If I dId and its one of these people to tell them "This is a scam. Stop calling. I am turning this number into SAG's office." Then hang up.

Got a call from this number twice today, asking for someone I don't know.  It said some complaints had been filed against her.  Tried to call the number back and got a recording.

I received a call from my local area code on my voicemail and I checked it and it was like several of the others. It was a robot voice along with a female voice claiming I have complaints filed against me and to call asap to the 844-704-8332 number to handle it. She never mentioned the business name, her name, or who was filing claims against me...One can't expect return phone calls without some sort of common courtesy, sense, or reality in a phone call..BIG SCAM

Left voicemail - 'complaints in their office' - the original number came in from 248-215-0758 - clearly ***SPAM***

Hey call my house every day saying someone has filed a complaint against me I don't use my name to say somebody named Alex and then they try to play it off that they are some lawyer firm it's a scam block them call the Better Business Bureau on Them

Call everyday same as everyone same recording it's a scam I called the 18447048332

And was put on hold I left them a nice but Nasty msg the bottom feeding scumbags

left message with computer saying my name, ladies voice saying the rest. "Large number of complaints filed with our office, please call 844-704--8332 call originally from Oconomowoc 262-200-8073. no name for company or type of complaints...

Received a call from a local number. A voice mail was left, with this number to call back. Saying there were complaints filed in their office. I just got done dealing with this myself from another company that was incredibly elaborate. I'm not falling for this again.

I received two calls one telling me that I owed money for an obsolete bank account and another telling me that there were complaints being filed against me and some office she left nothing to identify herself except for the 844 number and the first call came from a 304 number. Nice try it's,  disgusting the way they try to swindle money from hardworking Everyday People.

These people called my cell phone and used the number 8184839339.   The call themselves ethical but they are not.   File a complaint against them with the http://www.consumerfinance.gov.

They keep calling get my 73 year old mother threats of a Dent owed. I called then back asking that they send something in writing. I knew the minute I called it was a scan. 1st question was what number did we call. 2nd they gave me information on the so called debt then said they would get the clerk of courts on the line to give me a balance. Not very good at what they do.  Because the clerk of courts never settles dents via phone. They also kept hanging up on me.

Message of a recording left from local area code that said their office had received numerous complaints about me. I called back 1 844 785 7717 from the recorded message. A woman answered and was extremely rude and threatened that I would be sued for malicious intent for a past due account that I never had. I told her it sounded like a scam. She got mad and hung up on me. I called back for more information and was told that my account was forwarded to attorneys in another county. She was trying to talk fast and kept changing what she was saying, first she said I could have criminal charges filed against me and then she said that I could be sued unless I took care of it now. I asked her to please be more specific and she hung up on me again. They have a website and had some of my personal information but anyone can obtain public records.  I don't believe this to be legitimate.

I got the same thing except using name that hasnt been used in over 10 years

They are associated with Mob and loan sharking.!  These are people they use to harass people they want to get even with! These are hired criminals! I filed a complaint with the courts against a local politician and then I started receiving threatening debt collector calls! They are not legitimate! They use many like them They are hired criminals! Do not respond

They also use a Framingham Massachusetts number 508-231-9046 and it's registered as a home phone land line with the name Vonnie Baldonado, very odd? These guys are hired criminals, unfortunately many of these kind of debt collection companies are illegal and mob connection!
