This 844-705-0292 number is calling my family members asking for me. When pressed to know what the call is in reference to the caller s aids its a personal matter with me. Im thinking where did I last put both numbers down-my number & the family member. Or who or what company/agency could have sold my info. When I figure it out I will take further action.

We just got a call from this number ( 844-705-0292)  The man said his name is Brian Bunda and he is trying to reach my daughter.  He refused to say what this is or what it is in reference to.  I believe it is from a debt collector, as we have had similar calls befiore.  My mother spoke with the man and said he had a very heavy accent and refused to say what the call was in referebce to or whether it was a business or personal call.

I received a call from this number today. When I called it back it does not give you a company name, it just Instructs you to hit 1 for english. Out of curiosity for who/what this is I did so. It's a credit/debt collection company called Sunrise Credit Services and they said they were attempting to collect a debt from Charter. Only problem...I've never had Charter Services!!! I am an 11 year customer to DirecTV. Just wanted to try to help provide information on what this # is and being used for.

I have received 3 phone calls from this company in the last 2 weeks 11/2015.  Each time the caller asked for Frederick Hogan.  I don't know any Frederick Hogan.  Frederick Hogan does not own my UNLISTED telephone, which is also on the DO NOT CALL list.  The caller leaves the name of
Clarissa Hernandez from Sunrise Credit Service.  The message says they are trying to collect
a debt from Frederick Hogan.  I don't know a Frederick Hogan, and I don't understand why they
keep calling me considering my unlisted phone number and do not call status.  How do I get
them to stop calling me and to take my phone number off their auto computerized dealer?  They've got the wrong person, and it's really starting to get annoying now.

I called back...they called on my new number asking for my ex wife who hasn't lived near me in 5 years. Is she doing something with my number or are they piecing the puzzle from somewhere??? Who knows........

This number has been calling for a couple days leaving an automated message. I have had the phone number for over ten years and have never heard of the person they are trying to contact so I have no idea why they think my number has anything to do with this person that they are looking for. The recording identifies it's self as Clarissa Hernandez from Sunrise Credit Services.

I am receiving a robo-call at the same time every day from a "person" identifying herself as Clarissa Hernandez. They reference Araconda Insurance Co. and say they are trying to get information on settling a debt. They say they are with Sunrise Credit Services. I have no debt on which I have not made faithful monthly payments. It's very, very annoying.

We received calls also and we are a business, you need to call them at 844-705-0292 and once you get to an operator tell them they have the wrong number and to remove from their list.  I just did it and it took a minute or less.

"I just did it and it took a minute or less."  But you don't know if they really did or not.  Also, your "advice" is 2 years too late for that person.  We deal with crooked debt collectors everyday here, and this is one of them.  Debt collectors will not remove a number just because you asked.  They assume that you are the party they are looking for and just trying to dodge them.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
