I got a call saying it was an officer name miller and they have my birthdate and the documents he wants to meet with me so I can sign some documents

I just got the same phone call but said he was Investergator Miller and had documents for me had my name and birthdate and age and said i need to call him immeditely or will have doc's sent to my house or work place for court in my county so don't know if real or scram becaue he also said you have been notified and has deep voice like trying to threaten you or to make you scared into calling him

I got a call and it came from a private number four then it came to him he gave me this phone number and said he was in private investigator named Patrick's way way they've had told me to do either do my checking account he had my date of birth he had my social said he had my bank number that I had taken a loan out and also tell me if I didn't take it out of my checking account that he I could mail it in and gave me and address if threatened to take me to court to

Called my wife and convinced her that she owed money and was being raken to court if not paid. She gave our bank account and they got almost 600 dollars from us
