I received same message. What a scam. I never applied for any loan.

I received a voicemail from Jeff stating he is following up with the financial hardship department.  He stated he wasn't sure if I'd spoke to an assigned agent yet regarding their hardship program and could see I was approved for hardship loan up to $37,000.  He was placing it in pending status and if I had five minutes to give him a call back to go over the details.  He was going to be in the office until 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.  I received a second call today saying that I was approved for loan for $51000 that If I had 10 to 15 minutes to call back and talk to Barbara she would put an pending status until she heard from me. She also had a different call back number but sounds like the same scam. They  Don't give up because these same calls I got maybe 2 months earlier.

Exact same hardship loan for $37,000 voicemail. This time they called from 703-993-0947

Me too. I've never applied for a loan in my life, and he said I had applied for a $37,000 loan.

Same call and even the same dollar amount

I received the exact same message today.  When I returned the call, someone answered the phone by saying "Underwriting Department".  I will block their number.  Thanks!!

This agent is full of [***] and to prey on the elderly is absolutely foul!!!! He is probably calling from India. Be aware of theses scams and keep your money and account numbers to yourself.

Got the same message today. 3 different numbers, one called from, one to call back one, and one he sent the message from. Wanted my name, birthday, and social. Dudes crazy if he thinks I'm gonna give up my info. If anybody is going to be screwing me over, it'll be me.

Called saying I bee approved for a hardship loan too, Scam, I'm not falling for that.

Automatically went to voice-mail.  As others said, he's "following up from the financial hardship department," which is amazing because by following up, he's insinuating we've called this fugazi department, then proceeds to telling us that he isn't aware if we have spoken to an assigned agent yet, but MAGICALLY! sees we are approved for a hardship loan up to 37000!  Total scam, please don't call.

Looks like i am not the only who received this voicemail message on their phone....

I do not have the phone number he "called" from as my phone blocks unknown callers and sends them to voicemail. The only number given on the voicemail message was 1-844-734-1803...

Got a call from Jeff stating I was approved for a hardship loan up to 37,000 and he would put in one pending status if I gave him 5 minutes if my time.  Cb number was 1-844-734-1803
