I got a call from this rude lady named Krystal at that number. I was then given another name there as well but apparently it was the same woman! very confusing! i was threatened with being arrested and that a court marshall would come and arrest me on my mother in laws door step if i didnt get on the phone with her associate and pay for a bill i had previously owed. Report this agency to the New York State Attorney Generals office. because they are fraudulent. when i called the origional creditor they told me that my debt was sold to this place and that its against the law for debt collectors to threaten us this way.

Why did you not include the name of the debt collection agency in your post?  How is anyone supposed to report them if they don't know the name of the agency?
