Said was from Microsoft and wanted access to computer and because I refused froze email

I had a call a few days back from someone who posed out to be microsoft technicians and wanted to get into my computer saying that there is something wrong on it and innocently I allowed them in the computer and once they were in my computer they started telling me that I have hackers in my internet and they are stealing my identity and I have to buy a security system worth $5000 I denied in the beginning but these guys scared me and said I will be blocked off internet and they can anytime misuse my identity to hack other people and also can hack my bank accounts, email, SSN, etc. so I told them fine I will pay but they told me not to use my bank cards or any legal form of payment and demanded the money in form of Itunes cards I was kind of scared and was under their influence I did not thought about it much and ended up getting Itunes cards for that amount and I purchased these cards at three diffrent times from walmart near me and wanted to get rid of the situation but the next day I was reading the news and saw an article explaining how scams are running now a days taking such payments and discussed it with a few people and that is how I realized what happened with me but by the time I realized all of this and called Itunes department they already had taken all the money off those cards
So I have been victimized and scammed by this organization Varco tech solutions inc located at 20892 redwood Rd. Castro Valley CA 94546 and there is a phone number they had provided me 844 734 4619
but I am kind of scared to call on that number IT IS A BIG SCAM BEWARE

I received an "unavailable" phone call last night.  I am not bothered by these things, and will usually ignore ALL unknown numbers, but this one left a message.  The message was extremely abusive and stated that if I wanted information on the reason they were going "to come get me" I should call the following number.  844 734 4619.  They had the last 4 of my social and stated that I owed 3k to a pay day advance place from 2010.  That I needed to pay it immediately.  They would take an immediate payment of an offer that I had to make, and then we had to pay that right away.  This company stated that they were called JCN & Associates.  The generic website stated that the address was 2333 NIAGARA FALLS BLVD AMHERST, NEW YORK 14226.  When I googled this address the business is not in the building.  So then I googled the phone number and found you guys.  SO I hope that you all are not scammers too, I very nearly fell for it.  They also stated on the phone that they would email the details and the form to approve the withdrawal from my bank account, That email had my name all spelled wrong.

Got several phone calls. Even my step son got a voicemail from them looking for me. Funny cause I dont give his number to anyone.
