Harassing phone calls

One Main Financial looking for a deadbeat

Call 10+ times a day looking for a deadbeat. You would think after 90 days they would figure it out that whom they are after no longer has my number and has skipped out on a debt, apparently they owe everyone under the sun. I get calls for the same person from at least 10 different companies. Its actually became rather comical.

One Main (Springleaf) Collections making pest of themselves for an ex-employee that left the country after his ex wife tried to get more child support from him. He was already living out of his car. You can only get so much blood out of a turnip before it says enough. Asked them nicely to stop calls and they still call.

One Main Financial looking for unknown person. With the advent of the internet and caller ID it must be frustrating to be a collector. I suspect less than 10% of people they are hounding answer any calls from unknown unrecognized telephone numbers.

They've called twice today and it isn't even noon yet. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I get calls like this daily. (up to 6 times a day)

Calls unrelentingly 10+ times per day; to the point of harassing. Even calling from UNKNOWN or BLOCKED numbers. Very frustrating!

Calls every single day for the last 2 months.  This is a place of business; when I answer with the business' name, they hang up!

I was clueless about what I was getting myself into with one main financial. Took a $5000 loan I owe them 5600 and have paid over $2000. They called 30 times Monday. I lost my job and am 2 months past due. I have insurance on the loan which has done nothing. All they want is to get every last penny that I have. Even though I can’t afford my apartment. They say it’s lending done human. I don’t know how their workers can sleep at night. I paid an extra $160 one month, they put $.13 towards the principal

You were clueless?  Did they not give you the Truth in Lending forms they are required to furnish?  Did you not know the interest rate?
