Being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you cannot be arrested for it.  We do not have debtors prisons in the US.  This is just an attempt to scare money out of you.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them

Total scam.  No legitimate process server lets you know in advance he or she is coming by.  Ignore and block the calls.

I've locked horns with this group in the past.  They call from a variety of numbers.  Total scammery-scummery outfit.
Do not talk to these people or give them any information or agree to pay anyone anything.   They continue to threaten jail terms while trying to collect on civil debts and that is a clear violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

ID themselves as S & L Financial a so-called "mediation and legal office" which is scammer double-talk for debt collector.  Supposedly Sage Lincoln Financial Firm, supposedly in Ontario CA.   According to an entry date 6-12-2015 at 844-416-7133 on 800notes, they have a mail drop address at: 3281 East Gausti Road, 7th Floor, Ontario, California, 91761
This Gausti Road address is also used by Westpoint Group another scamming outfit.

Called my father and said they had a civil case against me and needed to get in touch with me. I have talked to them before and they said I owed money to US Bank and they needed a payment or I was looking at spending time in jail.  Luckily I took time to look number up and landed here. Obviously a scam. Thanks for the comments. I have spent the last two hours worried
