got a blue card today. Same m.o. mortgage ins. I sold the house and payed off the mortgage  the end of June. Tried to call and it's all automated, can't talk to anyone

I received a BLUE "immediate response needed" card in the mail on 7/5/23 asking me to call them at 844-748-0400 as soon as possible.   The stamp indicates postage was paid by Daytona Beach, Fla. Permit #457.   It's a shame that such efforts to scam the naive are legal.

This is not the first card that I received from these scammers.This time my card is blue.They must think that we are all stupid.I don’t call back anyone whom I don’t know.Also, there is nothing wrong with my mortgage.They try to make you believe that by stating it is in regard to the date you closed on your home.Also, the front of the card is blank.For me , that is the biggest red flag.
I will not say who but my mortgage company sends emails ,not post cards.So, good try stupid.You need to get a real job so you don’t have to scam people!
