Scammers trying to phish.  They paired this with an email of terrible quality which was an obvious attempt by some international criminals with an IQ no greater than room temperature.  Sad, really.

Computer scam #... don't answer or respond

They call and don't answer ...

They called and left part of a message. A total scam/phishing call. They didn't want me to use my computer before talking to a technician.

i answered because the number looked familiar.  They actually called twice. It rang once hung up then immediately called again.  It was a recording from Apple...they have monitored suspicious activity on one of my devices. This has been going on for the past couple days...

Said there was a problem with my Apple device. Said to press 1 to talk to a rep. Hung up before I could respond.

They called claiming to be Apple representative. We own a computer company and have no Apple products but they have used the same scam on PC claiming to represent Microsoft. This is no more than a scam to sell bogus spyware. It has cost one of our customers $700 and another one $300. Just be aware, Apple nor Microsoft will call you.

Scammer. Warned me not to use any of my Apple devices until I called back and spoke with their technicians. Blocked the number.

I swallowed this bait whole and let them remote into my pc and then connected my iphone into the pc. So they had full access to both for perhaps 30 minutes. I've had the PC fully restored and it has been declared "safe and clean" by my protection and restoration service. (Real) Apple support doesn't seem to want to provide the same service to my iphone, since I don't have any specific issue to complain about. Should I be concerned about my iphone?

Got an already started robo voice mail, saying something to the effect of "going to a grand jury for a criminal federal offense".
