Called my office twice today and hung up. Blocked number and called back (I checked with FTC that it is a toll-free number), and it rings once and goes to silence.

Also, caller ID just says "800 Service"

These calls are more scammers from India.  Will give a number followed by TOLL FREE or 800 Service or some other pointless name........ DON'T TALK TO THESE SCAMMING A_____es.

They called again, saying they are partners with Comcast and needed to talk to whoever handles our Internet. Foreign accent, according to receptionist. I told her to give the call to me next time they call so that I can mess with them.
