received a post card saying I have been selected to receive $100.00 in Gas Rebates valid at Esso, shell, petro-canada and more

Whats different is it has my name and mailing address on it

1-844-750-1932 is the number to call on this personalized post card. Says to call between Mon-Fri 10am-8pm EST. No company name

At the bottom right of the post card there is a marker "CAN1-0412"

The rest of the scam may go something like this:

You call the number to supposedly get your rebates/coupons.
The person answering the phone tells you they will send the material soon ... but you first must send them shipping fees (or something similar).

We just received the card in the mail today - Sept 2014 in London, Ontario.
The phone # was different, but the info on the card was the same...

Received the same postcard with no company name or logo - same number: 1-844-750-1932. When I called, they told me that I won from a credit card contest. After I asked which one, they just said one of my cards. They also mentioned that they can offer me two free tickets anywhere in the world as long I subscribe to a magazine. The subscription would be $58 per year. When I said no, they promptly transferred me to a voicemail device that put me on hold. I just want to know which company scam this is!

Got the same one. How do they know my name and where did this come from. Number was 844 207 2513. I want to call and tell them I know it's a scam but don't want to call with my number.. even tho they clearly already know my address.... Terrifying.
