scam 1000% hung up on after I asked where I was calling .. Prime Solutions

ID as Prime Solution >> Jeffery Hall .. prime solutions . refused all info .. refsd  Po Box info .. Julia picked up with a ton of attitude .. rude, vague and then just hung up again..

Scam all day long ..  refuse to give any info at all ..

Rude, scammers, attitude and refused to give name or address to company..

Bill Collectors, scamming ppl..

I called a total of three (3) times to this company. It is Prime Solutions.  They do not want to give their federal id number and address.

I have a smart phone with assigned number.  I disconnected it  but still uses it for online purposes using wifi.  When online, that's when it receives messages. And it rings too like a normal cell phone. Scammers have no regards. It is a Nashville TN based scammer.

I answered on first ring, automated message said [I'm paraphrasing]: "your file number is #, your file has been processed as you have been found complicit in defrauding a financial institution, call us back at 844-750-6262, this message serves as your notice. If you'd like to speak to a live person right now, press 1" so I did. Live person answered, I said this phone number was in error and asked to be removed. The gentleman on the line did so (or so he said).

i got a call in august that had all my info about a account that i indeed did owe i set up payments to avoid a garnishment and they have now taken over 313$ from my account i just had an attorney call me yesterday because they are about to issue a judgement to me for this account because they had no record of me making payments or a company collecting on it. I tried to call the number i was given and on my bank statement and they numbers are fake

I had the same issue. I stopped the payments. They want the payments bad enough they owe me explanations of they're not fraud and have to give me black and white proof.

They have taken me also and still taken bank will not stop transactions.

That is really short on information.  Why will the bank not stop the transactions?  Have you consulted an attorney to sue them for FDCPA violations and get all your money back plus statutory damages and your attorney's fees?
