Caller ID came from Moraga CA 925-235-2606  Call if you want and see if you can figure out. It's a local number to me in Northern California  in area. Woman had bad English and southern accent. Said "Hello My name is Karen Reynolds. You are not available today and this message is in regards to a complaint notice to your attention please immediately contact 844-750-6264 again the number is 844-750-6264.  Update your address or contact information.After a third failed attempt I'm required to direct further attempts to your HR or payroll department on file.

Got the same message just now. Local number to KC area showed on voicemail but no ring. I'm guessing another scam.

same call received today 3/31/17

Legal action is required before any HR or payroll deductions can be pursued. Further, garnishments and executions can only be granted by the court. A professional caller would say they would pursue legal action before a court. If any Jack could call any HR or payroll department and deduct money "owed" to him without a court order (tax collectors aside) well, we'd all be getting scammed. I'd bet she wants the payment in visa gift cards as well.

same weird call from 425 201 1850 number directing me to call 844 750 6264.

Same call, called the number and talked to a Tina with a different phone number claimed to be litigation department.  Tried to set up payment plans, but talked to my wife first called back and they would provide an address which is against consumer protection laws, so we argued a little then they hung up after we threatened legal action.

Same. "Karen Reynolds" called from a local number with the same message as stated above in regards to contacting my HR. said someting about being legally obligated to contact my HR on file after 3 failed attempts to reach me. Directed me to call 844-750-6264.

I received the exact same call from 801-316-9173, directing me to call 844-750-6264 with the same exact message you listed above. Any idea where this could be coming from? Is it really a scam?

When I called the 844 number provided, it just rang and rang.

the caller was a female sounded very American and professional and left the identical message as below. word for word. I called back to ask what it was about and the lady said "a civil complaint has been made about you"  she said she has my ss# on file and wanted me to confirm the last 4 digits. she knew my name.  I said no.. I don't know who you are. who are you.?  and she said I'll tell you if you confirm your birthday. again I said no, and that is when she said well then either way we'll find you and serve you, see you in court, good luck and hung up. it takes a very sadistic person to use intimidation to get information about innocent people. probably to open a credit card or other account in your name. I hope these people are caught and indicted.

Just got a call looking to schedule a time for my husband to be home to sign for a certified letter. The guy's name was Dale Knight. Called from 256-522-4024. Said it was a letter out of our county and that my husband has to sign or someone over 18.

I got a call today from a local number here in Minnesota 952-356-0418.  She said "Hello My name is Karen Reynolds. You are not available today and this message is in regards to a complaint notice to your attention, please immediately contact 844-750-6264 again the number is 844-750-6264. to update your address or contact information. After a 3rd failed attempt, I am required to direct further attempts to your HR or payroll department on file. I reached a man who said that she is a dispatcher  & asked me if I knew someone who's name I can't even pronounce, then said he'd removed my # as a primary source of contact!  I called back & got a woman this time who answered "Corporate Office", she asked if I had called before, I said No, she asked for my # & I gave it to her, then she said; "Oh, so you have called here before" & then hung up on me!  THIS HAS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT!!  Any one know how to turn these people in?

I have the same call from Karen Reynolds but the call from local number at (501) 628-9708 ask to call to 844-750-6264. Must be another scam call

Just got call, wanted me to verify my SS#, said I owed money to some credit card....sounded like a scam

I got same call from Karen Reynolds, then spoke with a lady by the name of Vickie said I owed a bank over 2,ooo.She even said they  tried to contact me at address in Texas, but jokes on them Ive never lived in Texas.SCAM!!!!!

A man called my son from (local number) 385-374-5416 at 8 am. Said he had two failed deliveries for my ex (who is deceased) and said we should call 844-750-6264 with a case # so they could cancel future deliveries. I looked up the number first and saw all the scam reports. Disgusting that somebody would do this and upset my son who still misses his dad.

I just got the exact same phone call....someone looking for my ex husband, who is also deceased asking me to call the 844# to schedule a delivery of a certified package.
We've been divorced for over 15 years, how would they get my phone number?

Same message from the844-750-6264 number about a legal complaint I did not give the caller the information.Later a call from a carrier called I think it is a big scam.
