Called three times in a row. Left a message the third time, requesting a call back. She said her name was Heather, from the Vanderbilt Medical Group. She referenced very official sounding file numbers and a "patient"? name. I did not recognize the name, but grew concerned she had the wrong contact information and wanted to inform her of that.

I assumed something was askew the second the phone picked up. It only gave a half ring, then went into some goofy music that I do not think a professional company would have on their hold music. So, I hung up right away and started investigating.
