Received call stating I had failed to contact them after a complaint was filed against me and I had been notified by mail of date and time to appear.

My sister in law got a call for me to contact them that it would be in my best interest regarding a hearing in his office

Avs, called in private number another scammer

They called my work and me from unknown # about court serving and called my minor daughter ,but never received any from any court
When I called them protesting their they want to call the police that I harassed them

Please stop harassing me, stop calling my mothers phone, you even stopped as low as calling my child  I'm going to block you all and press charges.

These  guys are scammers they are Debt collectors, trying to scar you and make you think you are in some type of legal trouble. Put it on my credit like the rest of the stuff on there

A Mr. Alright from FDF Services left a message saying they were a Process Server and I had failed to respond to notices so a Notice of Intent had been filed against me.  The number came up "Private".  I am unaware of any bad debts or other reasons why I would be served.  Called the number back on my cell and got a phone service message that I could not reach that number from my area.

Contacted me because I was a relative contact for my sister.  A complaint had been filed against my sister and to stop agent from taking additional steps please contact by 5:00 PM.  Came across my phone as UNKNOWN CALLER.

called asking for ex-husband's information on ex- girlfriend ---- WHAAAAT????   Person left her name as Kimberly Reece saying she was from Kenwood and Associates --- they're a mediation company.  Don't think SOOOO!!  SCAM is written all over the place 844-759-6474.  Call shows up as unknown --- No caller ID.

I'm getting harassed by the same people

Same thing here, they have called my cell, my work, my son, my father in law and my brother in law with the same message about the alleged legal trouble and ignoring their requests, blah, blah.  All my bills are paid, nothing is in default or due.  What a waste of everyone's time to deal with bottom feeders like this.

I received the same same from these ppl to my home and work numbers. I've asked them not to call my work number, and they continue.To me it seems like a scam . Does anyone know how to stop the harassment?

Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.  This Kenwood  group is a serious payday loan operative located in San Diego CA.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

I just got a message left for me by Kenwood and Assoc., claiming someone's put a restraining ordered against me and to contact them. Their new nbr is 1-855-559-2061. This is a scam!

I got the same calls recently and gave them to my cousin who was visiting and is a lawyer and never heard from them again

I just received a call from Alex Martinez at Kenwood and Associates stateing i owed on a credit card that was paid off in 2012. I talked with my boyfirend who told me to get their address. When i called back and asked he blew up and started yelling at me saying "hes been in this game a long time and know when people are playin with him"  i said sir i just was advised to get your mailing address. He responded with your going to get served im going to file all the paper work now..i was semi concerened up until he blew up at me about an address. He did have alot of info that would make it seem legit.
