Pre-recorded message claiming to be FPL or PG&E utility companies, threatening to turn off power in 30 minutes unless you call 800-410-5261 and make past due payments.  They're not very bright, speak poor English, and answer as the wrong company 50% of the time if you call from a blocked number.  Scammers!  And STUPID ones at that!!  Where do these losers come from?  Some of them might be useful members of society if they took the time to learn how to operate a shovel.  Here's a tip guys, the wide end goes in the dirt...
