Has been calling my parents, stating I'm going to have a warrant out for my arrest through Wichita County. Called the number, and it's nothing to do with Wichita.

Called June 22 both on my mobile device and work number. I'm guessing they got my info from a recent online auto loan application that I did after which not only was my credit FILLED with a ton of credit checks only after a single application, but I got so many calls and emails from various no-name financial institutions. My mistake. These [***] probably sold my information to these scammer a$$holes.

Voicemail sounds like this, "Yes, uhm, this message is intended for a one ___________ social security number ending in ______, my name is uh Michael Brown, senior arbitrator from the offices of LSA Mediation and Arbitration Services. My firm has been retained uh to conduct an investigation into your name and social security number. Evidently you have some allegations or charges which we do intend on pursuing through Orange County. You have been named as a responDENT on this complaint. If you wish to make a voluntary statement and to request a stand down order on these proceedings, I can be reached at 844-776-4706. Uh when calling you will need to refer to your case number which is D as in David #######-US."

Sounds like a scam:
-Michael Brown is a name too common.
-LSA Mediation and Arbitration Services does not exist as a company.
-"Investigation into your name and social security" - what does that even mean? They happened to look up my name and social security and found something weird and odd so they decide to call me? GIVE ME A BREAK. I work for a law firm and I know more than enough to spot a scam.
-"Stand Down Order"??? So you'd like me to request either "to leave the witness stand, to go off duty, to withdraw from a contest, a position of leadership, or a state of alert or readiness, or to remove (as a military unit) from active duty?
-Case number has a DASH US at the end to make it seem like it's about to go to the supreme court. Awesome, but very obvious tactics.
-Sounds like a script too. Also, look up some key terms and you'll find old records from different phone numbers calling from the same script.

Yes this scam continues as described by Jason from Orange County.  800 notes needs Call Type:  Fraud/Phishing.  This is clearly someone digging for more information under false pretenses and to validate a contact number for an acquired list of random names and last four digits of SSNs.

They had a "process server" call me and said if he can't serve me I will miss my court date and a "failure to appear" warrant will be issued. they said I took out a payday loan and did not pay the loan complete and that I am being charged with a Class A Misdemeanor for check fraud and hot check.  I call them and they said I do not have a court date yet until I am served.  Is this right?

Threaten my disabled husband with violence.

Took 1000.00 dollars of his social security. He can't get his heart meds now.

So I understand, the scammers were able get at your husband's bank account?  Here is a link that might help, and if the funds were taken from your bank, you should contact that bank.  I don't have enough info from your post to be as helpful as I would like, so post back if you have questions.  It sure seems LSA has a history here on this site.
