Debt Collector.  Not sure if what they are doing is legal but in either event it was not my debt but they had the last four of my SSN.  They said they are proceeding with legal action and coming to my place of employment within 24 hours."If we cannot locate you, you're case will be forwarded to the court etc etc etc"

I just received the exact same call in a VM but did not site my exact number. Got to be a scam. Can't think of a more generic business name than "Independent Services"

I just received the same phone call and can’t understand the voicemail and telling me there coming to my job

Just got a call from them threatening me and saying they are coming to my job.  It's a loan I had from years ago that is paid off.  Told them that and they got nasty. Said I needed to pay or they were coming to my house and job.

Received a call saying I would be served at my job or house. Claiming a lawsuit.

I got the same vm twice stating they are coming to my job and house.

Also received an alarming VM indicating an alleged case # filed against me with last 4 of my ssn. Person with heavy accent. Company name was independent Services. Googled found no specific co. Have not received any mail notification to prove credible. Also threatened to visit at work or residence within next few days and to provide ID. Sorry but I don't believe this # is credible. Name in GM given was a Steve Jones and caller could barely pronounce their name.

Received the same vm.  His name was brian johnson, coming to my job in the next 24 hours to serve me papers.  He was fro m independent services. I could find nothing under either numers 844-744-4719 or the one he called from 492-518-9883.  Skam

Just got the same thing on my voicemail. Not sure though as I could not understand what they were saying other than them stating my first and last name and saying this is my final warning. Hahahaha

Just got another voicemail, this time they closed with my first and last name and state I have officially been notified... what a joke. They also ask for me to call if I want them to reschedule my Serve date of legal documents... hahahahaha

Yes , definitely they are scammers . They threatened to come to my job or house . Im sure I don’t have any thing to worry about . I don’t want let them to go ahead and come to my job . Hahaha

I got the Same scam call but masked behind a 972-433-0490 phone number asking to call the same 877 number. Gone come through I have no problem suing them.

They did the same on the message acted like it was a legal process server or something.

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance.
