I received a call from this number as well.  They say they are from BOC and that this is one step past collections.  They say I owe two payday loans and that it needs to be paid or they will garnish wages.  I looked up BOC and many ppl have complained and said that they are frauds.

Got the same call at my job. I've never heard of BOC. What does it stand for so I can look it up.

So far as I know BOC doesn't stand for anything.  They are just a group of debt scammers.

No message. sounded like people talking in back ground but no one ever left message.

I got a call from the company saying that they are a debt collector for a loan that I applied for in April 2012. This company is a scam.

Got 4 calls from the this morning starting at 9:47-10:13 AM. So I decided to call them back and let them know that they have violated federal law and that I would be reporting them to the FCC. This lady tried to say that nobody from their office called me, even though my call log says differently. I also have a voice mail from them also. Not very smart people here, no wonder they are scammers and scum of the earth. Just ignore them or call them back and call them out. She interrupted me and started her whole script, as I started to speak to her, she just kept raising her voice to finish her script. I wonder if these people who call from these scams sleep well at night? I would love to see them come judgement day, or better yet, just meet one of these low life's in person.

I get called from this number everyday from a lady name Sandy.She leave a message stated a  claimed number
About me that she have received in her office.

Total scam.  Ignore.   If they have a valid debt tell them to send you a debt validation letter by US Mail. E-mail no good.

Otherwise, ignore them.

If you have received a call stating:

1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above,
 a.   Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
 b.   Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are   filing a complaint with the  appropriate authorities

* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in
The more information and complaints there are, the better the chance of getting these criminals to stop (or at least reduce the frequency).    

They continue to bother  you, tell them you are going to the police to make a complaint of extortion.

Keeps saying I have some documents being delivered to me but someone from a long beach number called me as a courtsey to see if I would be home to sign for the certified documents. Not the first time they have contacted me with the same message. The last time nobody showed up. I thinks its a total scam. They didn't state the name of the company or anything
