Jeff Williams left voicemail stating I had a civil case pending from a county I used to live in, but haven't for 11 years. He then contacted my sister, who lives in another state, and threatened her with contacting my father who lives in yet another state. When I called the number back, the man who previously identified himself as "Jeff" answered with another name. I asked to speak with Jeff. He then hesitated and put me on hold. 30 seconds later, he got be back on the phone. I asked if this was Jeff and he said "No", that Jeff wasn't who called me. When I pressed for more information about the "lawsuit" he got defensive and said spewed some random legal jargon which I assume was supposed to be intimidating. I hung up.
