Same here, but @ 7:20 and 7:21 P.M. CST February 15, 2016. If this IS an H&R Block survey, why not call us earlier in the morning or afternoon rather than around dinner time when the average Joe or Jane is trying to sit down and enjoy spending quality time with his or her family--I mean besides the (mostly) guarantee that the party in question will be at home? That, and why use the Caller ID "Toll Free Call?"

thanks for posting this!  i had my taxes done at h&r block yesterday at 3:45 pm so yep its them calling.  the second i walk in the door after a 13 hour shift.  the ID shows the number, if it said something about H&R Id answer as my tax guy is a trip - old, loud, sarcastic, ex marine and despises the whole sordid business.  i adore him :)

on an other note they are needing ppl, always he said, and pay to train. starting in august apply on the H&R site. You can pick your hours and location, full or part time. dec-april.  not an ad - i just know many need work now. i was surprized to find they hired so many so passing along!

H&R Block cost me about $100 more when prepared in Alabama instead of Michigan. Not a happy snowbird and will not return to them.

I used HR Block 2 days ago.  They asked when would be a good time to call.  I told them noon.  Yesterday they called at 7:28pm today at 7:29pm.  I didn't answer either of them as I didn't know the number.  From the comments it makes sense it might be HR block survey.

They called again today. Two rings and the call ended. Same time as yesterday

Had my taxes done at H & R 2 days ago, was called yesterday and done there survey, they called me again today.

Just called here at 7:00 PM! I believe it probably is a survey from H&R Block as I just had my taxes done yesterday by H&R Block but at 7:00 in the evening? Really? I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

They have called a couple of times I don't answer, I didn't recognize the number and figured it was a scam just wondering how these people get cell numbers

Received a call from that number after 6 p.m. I never answer unknowns. Looked it up here. Probably was H&R Block as I was there yesterday.

i got calls today and yesterday at exactly 7:38 pm Pacific time, no message in voicemail. After seeing this webpage, I realise it is hr block as availed their services on Thursday.

They will keep calling till you do the survey. It sucks but it's true.

We have been going to the same HR Block for years. We have any problems they take care of it. Caring people.

Why wouldn't H&R Block show their name on the Caller I.D. and why wouldn't they leave a message?  I hate surveys so they are getting blocked.

But, I did have my taxes done yesterday by H&R Block, so it may be them.  If it's that important...they'll leave a message.
