Eric Smith leaves a message for someone we hadn't seen in years and leaves a Reference # wishing to contact him. Unknown company therefore assumed to be a debt collector.

Got a call from 844-821-2615 stating that I should call back this number 844-804-0398 regarding a summons for a bad debt.

Call today or legal proceedings may move forward.

Got the same call from that 2615 number requested I call the same 0398 number or "legal proceeding and wage garnishments may proceed." Anything ever happen with your call?

Received a call stating garnishment would occur if I didn't pay an old credit card debit.  I don't owe any old credit card debts.  I told them that and was hung up on.

I received a call from 8448387351 and was told to call back the 0398 number.
I was threatened with wage garnishment and further legal action.  I have no idea what this is in reference to.

Call from 716-242-8928 from an "Investigator Green" stating that a case may be filed against my in my county if I don't call back 844-804-0398. He was reading from a screen and ended the message with "good luck". Sounds like a scam of some sort.

Oh it's a scam alright. Miss Goldstein with the law offices of so and so left me a voicemail. Two seconds later a no caller ID came in so I let it go to voicemail. This time a Mr. John Lucas from the same "firm" called. Only thing I understood was something about a bank account I once had that I closed seven years ago. His call back number was 844- 851-2261 and gave a rather lengthy file number that ended with U.S.

Keep getting calls from these 844 numbers, not always the same person, Mr Lucas, Ms. Goldstein, bla bla bla... they have been calling for a month saying that they are serving a summons. Really??? If you are serving a summons, why wasn't it served after the first call? This is nothing but B.S. They are fishing for personal info to screw your credit up. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

Today it was ms Goldstein with the same message the previous people on this thread have described. They want me to call back so they can obtain additional info before proceeding with a breach of contract. I don't call back because all they want is to capture info. By the way for those who think their calls are about consumer card debt breach of contract does not apply.

Just received call from "Ms .Goldstien" with ADS...whoever that is, claims I have an unpaid check with a company (doesn't supply the name of the company) leaves call back number 844-838-7351.  Threatens to have all my bank accounts closed down.  REALLY!  I think I would have to have one for that to happen.  Closed all of mine years ago, because of a huge hack that happened. They are still selling my info, it appears!  Don't trust any of these people. Don't return calls, as everyone has said....they want info.  YOU HAVE TO be taken to court for a private company to attach your accounts or put a lien on your pay, AND it's just not that easy.  ALSO they can NOT preform these actions from another state.  They have to appear in court and YOU MUST BE PRESENT!  Ignor!!!  IGNOR!!!

said a breech of contract, and was going to be served a court summons, i know there is no such thing, I dont owe anybody nor my husband, told him that and he said I talk to much and said "I will see u in court" and hung up on me. Told him I knew this was a scam. he got mad and hung up. Many calls before from other named persons, all say the same, been 6 mo. no one showed up yet. SCAMMERS

Keep getting calls saying i owe money, well I dont, so told them they are scammers and they yelled at me, said I talk too much and hung up on me  from 8448040398

They've called several times but I've never picked up the phone. Today a no caller ID call came in with a voicemail saying something about how I had talked to them last week and a "settlement offer" came through but they need to speak to me today to get it taken care of. This is a scam all the way around. Now have another number to add to their list of 855-465-0809.

Gao a call from a Mr. green stating i had an old payday loane from 5 yrs ago that they had a summons for.  It was taken care of 2 years ago with that company. They were fish for old addesses and social security numbers!   Scammers they want info thats all. When you dont give it to them they get very rude!

The message was all about the unpaid money or debt but it didn't make sense to me at all.  No company or person name were mentioned.  A very rude person's voice was saying that return the call or make your attorney call us back.  I live in Canada the number I think from California.
I called back, but no one was responded. Left a message asking to remove my name and phone number from their list.  I have stated that there must be some kind of mistake on their end because I do not owe anybody any money and I do not wish them to call me back ever again and I hung up.
