scam artists  trying to collect  a debt and harass and threaten ypu to pay for non existent accounts and old closed accounts.Dont be fooled

Keeps calling saying they will take me to court but they call my husband's number not mine

dont pay they tried to fool my father but not me.

I received two calls from 913-210-4182 number they stated they wanted me to pass a message to my sister in law about a court date.  When I asked why I was getting the call they stated she had given my number as a contact.
I then asked what company she was calling from and she responded they were a third party location company.
Then the phone went dead.  Well I don't talk to my ex-sister in law.  I am certain she doesn't have my number to just give out to people and the fact she hung up on me when I started asking questions tells me this is a scam.
I blocked the number.
I'm sure they will try to call back and I'm going to let it go to voice mail.  (which I'm sure they won't leave a message)

Almost exactly the same expierence happen to us today.

Same scenario here. Not sure how they are tracking people down.  They contacted my sister on her cell phone looking for me. How did they get her cell number. Very disturbing cause they also knew the last 4 digits of my SSN #. I gave them my address, now what do I do?

Call another person and city to collect an unowed debt

Called me saying someone filed a complaint on my wife and that she has 2 hrs to call and give them a file number? Would not give any details and when i asked why there calling me instead of her they hung up.

BLOCK THEM!!  IF there was a complaint, you would NOT have a warning call. A legitimate company would identify themselves too.
