Derek, do the recording say that you must call 844-804-6068 by the end of the day. It's s lady's voice and it says something  garbled about a law firm or to that effect. They have all your info., SSN, date of birth, they say that they have already filed paperwork in your city/county for court appearance. SCAM. They call me at least once a week and then skip a couple of weeks and I get calls from these Losers again. The calls are coming in from a cell phone number.

Received a voicemail from a David Rosenburg with Management Associates call came in from 1-801-784-4811 (Utah), but left a message to call 844-804-6068 by the end of the day. Did not call back so tired of these threatening phone calls this has to be illegal. This is the second one I got

Keep getting calls from a different number on my voicemail (because if I don't recognize the number, I reject calls and let it go to voicemail) telling me it's management associates. Then tells me to call 844-804-6068

Audiz. this company is a bunch of Losers& Scammers. They have called me about 15 times in the last month.Looked up this company, Management Associates & it said that they are trying to collect money for debts allegedly that are past the statute of limitations ( 6-7 years) usually. Main companies that you may or may not have had accounts with are sold to Management Associates who use illegal tactics to scare you into paying. Management Associates is A Big Time SCAM. Screw these A- Holes.

It is illegal..I am receiving the same calls and it's sad that nobody is doing anything about it.

Received the same call. Asked them several questions about the payday loan that i allegedly owe.  Although theydid have some personal information, they were not able to give me any legitimate proof that i owed the money. They said i would be served by county courthouse. The company I allegedly owe money to is no longer in business.  Same guy David!

I got a call from Daniel Burkman as well.  Does anyone have information as to the address/physical address of Management Associates?

I doubt it, and if they did it would most likely be either a box number at something like a UPS store or a virtual office being rented from Regus who caters to crooks.

The call sounded like a RoboCall and said that this is the final attempt.  I've been getting calls from them about every two weeks or so, from different numbers.  The call I recently received was directly from 844-804-6068 and to call that Daniel Burkman.

Robot voice message:
“This message is intended for  _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ this is our final attempt to reach you... we have exhausted all efforts to reach you regarding this matter in our office.... I repeat this is our last and final attempt on this account we can be reached at 844-804-6068 between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern standard Time please ask for Daniel Burkman_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_…”

I just revived this same message at today

robocall telling me they are management associates and I need to call by the end of the day. Their number is 1844 804 6068. I'm not calling back because real legal process servers DO NOT call in advance. I know for a fact they don't because they've came looking for my brother in law in the middle of the evening all the way until midnight or later (with police and a warrant),

Keep getting calls saying last and final attempt. Call 1-844-6068 by the end of the day and ask for Daniel Burkman. Have received this same call several times but from different numbers. Did not return call as my phone comes says scam call! Don't know who it is I don't answer!

Got a voicemail with a robotic voice that did drop my maiden last name. Said they've exhausted all efforts to locate me and that I have until the end of the day to call them back at 844.804.6068. No company or individual name given.  After reading these comments, I won't be calling them back.
