This is a fraudulent collection agency. They tap in to numbers from local law enforcement claiming they are investigators on voicemail but want you to call back to various 804 #'s. They called me again today after almost scamming me out of $1600 last month! I thought I was in trouble but I have NO claims against me!! This is a SCAM!!

They called me today!  Scam!!!! don't answer don't pay them any money! They will keep calling you for years! They will keep trying to break you and steal your money!  Fraudulent calls !

SCAM ALERT
My Husband got a phone call from and INVESTIGATOR with a docket number and phone 844-804-6073. C.A.S. out of Erie PA looking for me (and all my old last names)
I called them back and apparently in 2011 I got a loan and never paid it back and closed my account. It was originally 1262.00 then 822.56 and I could settle today for 510.00. If I didn't they would pursue criminal charges including Bank Fraud, and Theft.
They did have my SSN and an address from back in the day. I asked for verification, and they emailed me a letter. (attached) I googled the number, it shows a scam alert, and the address is for a UPS store.
I called them back, and asked why google had the scam alerts. Patrick told me that its bc people don't like paying their bills. I asked about the UPS Store. He responded they were in the plaza. I asked for the original creditor info, nothing. I asked if I could have an atty call. He fwd to to Morgan who said that she would be sending uniform officers to arrest me today.
Smh. The freaky part is these ppl are getting your personal info. I admit it kinda freaked for a minute. Still a little stressed, but I did report it to the Atty General
