An Indian man called and said he was from Microsoft Tech Support and had me go to a website and then he was able to remote into my computer and while talking to me was really deleting my files and turning my antivirus off.  Then he said he could fix everything on my computer and make it run faster if I paid him $300.

I opened an attachment from FedEx (fake) and a message said I needed to contact company that was working w/ Microsoft to remove a virus from my computer.  The person had me open a remote session and said that it would cost $300 to fix the problem.  I didn't accept, but now I find out that they had access to my files.
