Froze my computer and said I must call them because my computer was infected with spyware.

Came up on my computer as a fake AppleCare site with a robovoice saying my computer has been blocked because it was infected by spyware and that Facebook login, credit card details, email login, photos were being stolen. And I needed to call this number in the next 5 minutes or else they would disable my computer. Fake Fake Fake! DO NOT call this number. This is not how Apple operates. They builds fixes into their security updates.

Says they are affiliated with Microsoft but says the company name is Tech one Try technology. The rep went into my computer because I told him that I didn't have 99.00 to pay for service they blocked my system. Tried calling back several times and they said they can not fire anything unless I pay them 99.00.

You allowed them access to your computer, he did not simply go in there on his own.  They have now installed Ransomware.  You need to take that computer to a brick and mortar shop in your town and have them look at it.
