We spent US$400 on July 12, 2017 for 7 year IT Support service.
Half year later they disappeared totally.
Suspect this phone number and 'IT' folks are from India.
Beware of these kinds of SCAMS when your computers crashes.

Total scam.  They charged my son TWICE.   800 dollars later...he learned a painful lesson.

I knew it was a scam. I called the real Apple support. They helped me over the phone, for free. I am still getting calls from these people saying that my computer is sending them an alert. I play with them on the phone and call them out on the scam, but dang, they are nothing but persistant!!!
