This seems to be an on going (and very annoying ) problem. This " Christopher Powell" called me while I was at work. The same spill as the other post.  Called the number and got a recording of a Susan Porter.

They are calling my work my parents thearting me that they are coming to my house!! I want it to stop

I just got a call from a Christopher, saying I have an outstanding debt from 2008 of $25,000 but he would be willing to settle with me for $1500. Lollllllllllllllllllllll I absolutely do not owe any bank or company $25,000, and if I did, I would know. He told me I would be served in the next 24 hours if I don't agree to settle with him. I told him to serve me and to have a wonderful day. SCAM

I continue to receive these messages for the last I months, if I answer it goes directly to a recording, if I let it go to voice mail I get a different message from that Powell person..... getting to be very annoying because this happens bout twice daily and still no summons has arived.

18448095830  Summons, I just got bankruptcy discharge on all my debts llegally.But that is public info,my lawyer told me to send them my proof of discharge bankruptcy.They can get fined,so is is worth talking to them and getting a ddress.I checked my credit and all companies I owed and this collector or creditor is not linked to me.so is worth talking to them and getting info.I also received emails,and I forwarded my inof and the calls stopped for a while...
