Constant calls, no messages left.

First wait a long time for interpreter, then ask us to confirm our personal information, when we ask what is this phone about, they tell us they cannot say anything before confirming our identity, then we said to send us a letter instead, they gave us this number to call back, when we call back, it says Mayo Clinic business office. We searched online of Mayo Clinic website which does not have this number though.

Get calls from number, but the message doesn't ask for a name and says to call a number at Mayo.  No bills sent in the mail as in the past, so it could be a scammer.  Called the number and I said if something is due, a bill needed to be sent and matched against our insurance before we will pay for anything.  Person hung up on me and didn't say they would send.

Been to Mayo, but this is never a number I have received. It always says unknown whereas Mayo will always say the location with it. Definitely not actually Mayo.

Just received a call from this number. I said hello but nobody responded. Instead, classical music immediately began playing until I hung up 30 seconds later. I am patient/employee at Mayo like the other commenters but highly doubt this is a Mayo number.

Is the 844-813-0405 a scam #.  Left message  that it was the business office of the mayor clinic.  Called the number back after a 3 minute wait, a person named Connie  asked for y name, address and date of birth.  I gave the first two, but said that could not find my name in system.  Then asked for date of birth.  I then gave Connie the info.  Response that with the info I could not be found in the system.
