I missed a Scam Likely call on my cell phone.  A robotic voice message states:  ... your name and your tax id for the tax fraud and the investigating team of our department is investigating you and your family we had try to notify you regarding these and previous six months but we have never gotten a response from you so it has been considered an intentional fraud.  Lawsuit has been filed against you by the United States Government.  Call our department at 844-813-3130.
Did not return the phone call.

I got this call too on 4-12-19. Exactly the same message. I did not call it back either.

Do not answer this or call back, this is a total scam. If you do call back and talk to someone, these people can barely speak English who supposedly say they are from the IRS. Block this number immediately.

They they to scam you saying we are from us gov and they are going to sue you for fraud. They scammer careful

Yes it comes but up as a Milpitas, Ca number. I’ve also gotten similar sounding voicemails from the following numbers (in addition to the above number):
408-906-0683, 610-666-2265, 203-916-9298, 670-666-2265, and some just say “unknown”
