Well, "Carl" told her that I know he's looking for me and he's an officer needing to subpoena me for court, for some legal thing, and that I needed to call this # asap....he even gave her a case #. I have never gotten a ticket, nor done anything wrong...idk wtf he would need to subpoena me for. Lol

- BigA replies to MdcProbably nothing since the police department is the wrong place to file a complaint such as this. No money changed hands, and they don't have the resources to track people like this down. The CFPB and the State Attorney General do though.
Read up on your rights here and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

- Jay replies to AnonymousThey've been calling me as well and at first fooled me on the 11th into believing I really did owe a previous loan but as I went back on dates I realized there's no way I took a loan back during those dates. They got me to agree to pay installments of 103.78 and once I started googling more I found out they're a rip off. They can't even tell me the loan company I owe and just recently told me their company name. I had to change all my bank info. They still have my other personal info though which scares me. I've reported them as well but do I need to report them to the police also?
