I was contacted on New Years day by Natasha Trent claiming she was with a law firm called "Miller Davis Firm." Stated I owe over $2000 for magazines. She said I would be put in jail if I don't pay because she is a powerful attorney. I paid $60 towards the balance and when I checked my credit card statement, the info stated "New Magazine Order." I called back and asked for Miller Davis Firm's address. I was given PO Box 363 Buffalo NY 14207 which is also ERS collections. She gave me a fax number of (716) 877-8778 and her desk number of (844) 813-8218. I also asked for her bar number or supervising attorneys bar number and she said she was with a mediation firm, not an attorney. She lied to me posing as an attorney to get me to pay for a fake magazine contract. I was lied to and deceived to extort money from me.  This is a huge scam.  I sent my attorney general complaint to FrankMillerCompany@yahoo.com.

I received a phone call from a Natasha Trent, representing a Miller Davis Firm(approx.), about unpaid magazine subscriptions. Now I've been overseas for the last several years and have gotten nothing in the mail regarding any litigation, being sued etc. Before I moved I had also been harassed by a similar scam regarding a magazine subscription from 2006. I researched it and found out that my information had been phished and they used whatever info they obtained to try and get payments. I guess this is the new number and name they are using. Beware, do not pay them anything. This lady likes to become combative and abusive on the phone when you start asking for written proof etc. Block the number and report it!

I received a phone call from this number this morning I missed the phone call they left this message and it said "this is natasha trent and I need to speak to you about an issue that is  being filed against you. It is important that you call me back right away to discuss this matter". I thought it was strange that she did not identify where she was calling from or what the issue was about. I called the number back and it did not even have a company name associated with it, just her name and asked me to leave my case number. I hung up and I  Will not be calling back. I have not done anything for anyone to be filing anything against me.

Called me, didn't leave a message. Don't know who this was, weird! Creepers!

I actually did call the number back because they called again and left no message, and it was a law firm and her name was Natasha Trent, idiots!

She called my daughter cell and asked for my husband. My daughter gave me the number 844-813-8218 and I called her and she stated my husband had an outstanding balance with a subscription and they were going to court and she wanted to settle the case for a fraction.  She had my husband's last 4 numbers of his SS, our last address.  I said this is crazy because no one would pay 62 a month for a magazine subscription, nor would anyone give their SS for a subscription.  I informed her that if they reported any of this to the credit bureaus that I would raise hell with her.

I got a call exact same scenario, very odd.

Just got a call along the same lines it went to voice mail and was from Natasha Trent.
