I received a call this morning saying that I had 2 court cases in New York State for fraud. They also called my family in California. I called the number and they were very rude.

I got the same call but for mi...we're they real I haven't called back yet

The unknown　male did left message to my cell said "Specious frud in your SSN." If you need help call this #

Most likely a debt collection scam.  Fraud is a crime.  If you were suspected of some sort of fraud, you'd be interviewed on a face-to-face basis by members of law enforcement.  You would NOT have heard about this from some cold-calling debt collectors who calls you up and then starts demanding money.  Ignore the calls and block them.   Debt collectors have nothing to do with fraud prosecutions and have no influence on the criminal justice system.  Scam.  Block the calls.

This number calls home and cell, has also called several friends with same message.   The number shows up as all zeros on the caller ID

I received a call from this number on a relatives phone who sent me a fwd of this message . It says they need me to sign off on a certified letter of intent regarding my prosecution of two fraud cases in the State of Missouri. Yet police know my address and no one has investigated or questioned nor called me prior .   suspect this to be a fraud or scam operation for the same debt collection fraud place as the last ones that called all my relatives over a loan I never had . A non verified line left such information is not the act of a law enforcement agency or office but that of a debt collector determined to violate every ethical procedure . To any that encounter this I would advise block the number and advise any who receive a call to block the number

My car was stolen. Not sure if the car had anything to do with it, but a few days later William Baker calls saying that I applied for a payday loan online in October of 2011 and closed the application out before completing it. Said it was fraud. I yelled at him and did not give him a chance to complete his call. During the first call, he said there was a claim. Now the messages says that there are two claims. The first call came from 786-558-2053. The rest are showing No Caller ID. (Which is against the law to disguise phone number). He said he is from a process serving company named Legal One Services. And they are going to serve me at my home and place of employment. I will not call them back.
This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! Don't fall for it.

I have gotten the same call as others about having 2 cases against me for fraud of an online loan company.  Said I got a loan in 2012 and I didn't even have a Damn checking account then.  I told them if I had cases pending, to send me paperwork bc I know it is bs..
